Her previous employers include CBS Sports and Fox Sports. A Pennsylvania born, Kolber received her graduate education in her alma mater, the University of Miami. When she arrived in New York City, she was hired as a CBS Sports Video Coordinator. When she was working for WTVJ-TV, Miami, she was awarded the Sports Emmy. Also, she worked at WPLG-TV in Miami and WPEC-TV which is located in West Palm Beach, Florida. She joined ESPN in 1993 and became one of the first anchors for ESPN2 when it was first established. Her employment with ESPN2 ran for three years. After that, she joined Fox Sports. Then she returned back to ESPN in 1999 and is currently the host of Monday Night Countdown.
